The benefits of performing chores are proven. Chores provide children with a healthy self esteem. Ninety children studied; have shown higher test results from kindergarten through fifth grade when chores were given at an early age. Physiologist believe most adult suffer from low self esteem. Positive children learn new skills and feel good about their achievement. Mastering new tasks has proven beneficial to teens.
